FULL TIME POSITION AVAILABLE - IMMIEDIATE START
1. Sushi Chef
- Prepare sushi (Nigiri, Maki, Sashimi) and other Japanese dishes
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine preferred (or willingness to learn)
- Experience preferred, but training provided for suitable candidate
2. Kitchen Hand
- Assist with food preparation (cutting vegetables, preparing sauces)
- Operate fryer and basic cooking stations
- Basic food preparation and food safety knowledge preferred
