Cafe Manager | Full-Time

Remuneration: $70,000 – $80,000 + Superannuation (based on experience)

About the Role
We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Cafe Manager to lead daily operations, elevate our service standards, and champion our team culture. You will balance hands-on floor presence—including dialling in high-quality coffee service—with the administrative oversight necessary to run a profitable, smooth-running venue.
Key Responsibilities
- Floor Leadership: Oversee day-to-day front-of-house operations, ensuring prompt service, high coffee standards, and an exceptional guest experience.
- Team Development: Train, mentor, and roster floor staff and baristas to maintain consistency and strong team morale.
- Operational Management: Manage inventory, stock rotation, opening/closing procedures, and basic COGS/labour budget targets.
- Quality & Compliance: Maintain strict food hygiene, workplace safety, and service presentation standards across all shifts.
What You Bring
- Proven background in hospitality with hands-on, high-volume barista capabilities.
- Previous supervisory or cafe management experience (preferred and highly regarded).
- Strong communication skills, sound operational problem-solving, and calm floor leadership under peak trade.
- Valid Australian working rights (must currently reside in Australia).
- Full availability to work rotating rosters, including essential weekend shifts.
