Position Details
We’re looking for an organised, detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our stunning new Palm Lake ResortYamba Cove team.
This is a Full time - 2-Year Fixed Term position, working 38 hours per week across a Monday to Saturday roster supporting our Sales Consultants and Sales Manager. In this role, you’ll ensure the smooth and efficient running of our sales office, from liaising with clients and maintaining accurate documentation, to assisting with marketing, events, and day-to-day administrative operations.
Responsibilities
Your professionalism and efficiency will play a key part in creating a positive experience for our residents and prospective homeowners.
Key responsibilities will include:
Administration
Provide day-to-day administrative support to Sales Consultants and the Sales Manager.
Prepare contracts, site agreements, and client documentation accurately.
Manage the sales inbox, phone calls, and office correspondence efficiently.
Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and online listings (realestate.com.au, downsizing.com.au).
Coordinate stationery and marketing stock levels.
Assist in preparing client packs, newsletters, and sales materials.
Attend and minute sales meetings.
Client Engagement
Welcome visitors and prospective buyers in a professional and friendly manner.
Liaise with clients via phone, email, and in person to ensure smooth communication.
Maintain accurate client records in Pipedrive and other systems.
Support the sales team in delivering a seamless customer experience from enquiry to settlement.
Event & Office Support

Assist in planning and coordinating sales events, open days, and settlement functions.

Organise catering, entertainment, signage, marketing materials, and resident volunteers.

Ensure sales display homes and the office are presentation-ready each day.

Oversee maintenance of office equipment and ensure golf buggies and facilities are ready for use.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative or customer service role.

A National Police Clearance.
Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite).
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A positive, professional attitude and strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy environment.
Current C Class Driver’s Licence.
White Card (Construction General Safety Induction).
