About the Role:
We are currently looking for an experienced Housekeeper to join our team on a casual basis.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong eye for detail and understands the importance of maintaining clean, comfortable and guest-ready accommodation.
The successful applicant will have, at least, 1 year of housekeeping experience and be available for morning shifts.
Hours will vary depending on accommodation occupancy and operational requirements. As accommodation bookings increase, there will be opportunities for additional shifts and more regular hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and servicing guest rooms to a high standard
- Changing linen and replenishing guest amenities
- Cleaning bathrooms and maintaining presentation standards
- Maintaining cleanliness of guest and public areas
- Ensuring rooms are thoroughly prepared for incoming guests
- Reporting maintenance issues or room defects when identified
- Working efficiently to meet daily housekeeping requirements
- Following all cleaning, hygiene and safety procedures
About You:
- 1 year of housekeeping/commercial cleaning experience
- Available to work morning shifts
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliable, organised and punctual
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced accommodation environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Guest-focused with a commitment to maintaining high standards
