We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Practice Nurse to join our friendly and supportive general practice team. In this varied role, you will provide high-quality patient care, assist with immunisations, chronic disease management, care plans, health assessments, and clinical procedures, while also supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the practice through administrative duties such as managing recalls and reminders, processing results, maintaining clinical records, and assisting with accreditation and quality improvement activities. Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour
