At Right at Home Noosa, Gympie & Hinterland, we help people live safely, comfortably and independently in their own homes. We're looking for compassionate, reliable Personal Care Workers to join our growing team, supporting clients across Cooroy, Pomona, Noosa, Tewantin and surrounding areas.

About the Role
As a Personal Care Worker, you will provide quality, person-centred support tailored to each client's individual needs.
Your duties may include:
- Personal care, including showering, dressing and toileting
- Domestic assistance such as cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
- Light gardening and household tasks
- Transport to appointments and community activities
- Social support and companionship
- Day, evening, overnight and sleepover shifts as required
Essential Requirements
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- Reliable, registered and insured vehicle
- Current National Police Check
- Current First Aid (HLTAID011) and CPR (HLTAID009)
- Right to work in Australia
Desirable
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability or equivalent)
- Previous experience in aged care, disability support or community care
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
Successful applicants are required to maintain all relevant licences, checks, registrations and insurance throughout their employment.
