The Role
The Digital Marketing Coordinator is a versatile, entry-level all-rounder supporting the Marketing division across owned and digital touchpoints. Reporting to the Social Media & Affiliate Manager, this role focuses on digital execution across organic social content creation, live event content capture, affiliate campaign tracking, and overall promotional support.
This role involves attending live events to film high-energy social content and may require domestic travel to cover key tours and brand activations across Australia.

In this role, success looks like:

Social Media & Content Creation: Ideate, edit, and publish short-form video (CapCut) and static assets; capture on-site event content (vox pops, behind-the-scenes) requiring domestic travel; manage daily social community interactions across platforms.

Affiliate & Partner Campaigns: Set up affiliate campaigns (e.g., via Impact), generate tracking links, coordinate promotional assets with partners, and monitor traffic and ticket sales performance.

Brand & Campaign Execution: Organize event details and creative assets from internal stakeholders; ensure strict adherence to TEG/Ticketek brand guidelines; manage campaign booking calendars to balance digital promotions.

Reporting & Administration: Draft compliant marketing copy (SPAM Act/privacy rules); gather post-campaign social and web analytics; deliver general operational support to the broader marketing department.
Capabilities to Bring
You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

Education/Experience: Marketing/Comms degree OR 1+ year in a digital marketing/content support role.

Content Creation: Hands-on experience filming/editing short-form video (CapCut, Reels, TikTok) with a strong grasp of social trends.

Copywriting: Excellent written communication skills tailored for digital platforms.

Tools & Platforms: Proficient in social management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later), MS Office, and Google Workspace.

Compliance: Basic understanding of Australian privacy laws and the SPAM Act.

Key Soft Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong at multitasking.

Flexibility: Willing to travel domestically and work outside standard office hours for live events.
Desirable Experience & Skills

On-camera confidence to conduct fan interviews or vox pops at events.

Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to create or edit digital marketing assets[cite: 2, 3, 4].

Exposure to web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) or affiliate marketing networks.
