We're looking for a compassionate and reliable Support Worker who has experience supporting Aboriginal participants and is passionate about providing care that is respectful, culturally safe, and genuinely person-centred.

About the Role
Every participant is different, so no two days are ever the same. You'll work alongside people to help them live more independently while supporting them to achieve the goals that matter most to them.
Your role may include:
- Personal care with dignity, respect, and privacy
- Assistance with daily living tasks and household activities
- Meal preparation and light domestic support
- Community access, appointments, shopping, and social outings
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and meaningful participation
- Building positive, trusting relationships with participants and their families
- Completing progress notes and following individual support plans
- Providing culturally safe, respectful support that values each person's background and choices
We'd Love to Hear From You If You:
- Have experience in disability support and personal care
- Have experience supporting Aboriginal participants or communities
- Are kind, patient, dependable, and genuinely enjoy helping others
- Understand the importance of cultural respect and person-centred support
- Communicate well and build trust naturally
- Can work independently while being part of a supportive team
Essential Requirements
- Experience providing personal care
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current Driver's Licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Right to Work in Australia
- Current Resume
