Casual Cocktail Bartender – Postino Osteria (Summer Hill)
Postino Osteria is a vibrant neighbourhood Italian osteria in the heart of Summer Hill, known for its warm hospitality, great food, and lively bar scene. We’re on the hunt for a casual cocktail bartender to join our team.
With a strong focus on classic cocktails and Italian-inspired drinks, this is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing and serving classic and signature cocktails
- Delivering friendly, efficient service at the bar and on the floor
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar
- Working closely with the FOH team to ensure a seamless guest experience
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a cocktail bar or similar venue
- Solid knowledge of classic cocktails
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to perform under pressure in a busy service
- Excellent presentation and attention to detail
Essential requirements:
- Full Australian working rights
- Current NSW RSA Certificate
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
