Our team ensures the safe supply of products to our retail brands (including Supermarkets, Countdown, and BIG W), our broader retail ecosystem partners and external customers, in connecting Australian and New Zealand communities with the products they need and love.
A key pillar of Primary Connect’s strategic agenda is the continued growth of Primary Connect+ (Primary Connect’s commercialisation arm) providing end-to-end supply chain services (international, warehousing and domestic transport) to more than 1,300 (and growing) supplier customers within the Groups ecosystem.
What you’ll do
The objective of this role is to ensure the accurate and timely processing of data lifecycle management, and basic reporting and query resolution to ensure the successful business execution, supplier payment and customer invoicing.
Responsible for timely and accurate data entry and maintenance
Data Validation: Review and checking data requests, resolution of exceptions
Data Input: Entry of master, operational and financial data to ensure timely business execution and customer and carrier experiences
Data Verification: Reviewing, auditing, and checking data for errors or inconsistencies to ensure accuracy
Data Cleanup: Cleaning up data and updating existing records
Reporting: Generating basic reports or summaries as requested to support decision making
Financial Processing: Executing weekly and monthly financial processes and associated management
Communication: Effective communication on roadblocks and outcomes
Troubleshooting: Initial troubleshooting of queries
Stakeholder Collabortion: Internal stakeholder engagement and teamwork to create timely outcomes
What you’ll bring

Awareness of transport and/or Supply Chain industry

1 to 3 years experience in a fast paced working environment
High level of data entry accuracy and timeliness
Computer literacy, including with spreadsheets and data (Google Sheets & Excel)
Meticulous attention to detail
Strong organisational skills for handling large volume of files and data
Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with team members
