Role: IT Support Engineer – PC Refresh
Duration: August 2026 – December 2026
Rate: AUD 230 per day
Job type: Monday to Friday Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform PC and laptop refresh, deployment, and replacement.
- Install and configure Windows 10/11 and required applications.
- Migrate user data and user profiles to new devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Provide onsite end-user support and update service tickets upon completion.
Required Skills:
- Experience with PC Refresh / Laptop Refresh projects.
- Windows 10/11 installation and configuration.
- Hardware troubleshooting and device deployment.
- User data migration and profile migration.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Pay: $230.00 per day
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Melbourne VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
