What You’ll Be Doing
As the first point of contact, you’ll set the tone for the patient experience – calm, professional, and personal. Your day will include:

Welcoming every patient with empathy and professionalism from hello to goodbye
- Managing bookings, patient enquiries, and payments with precision and care
- Keeping the clinic running smoothly coordinating schedules and supporting the clinical team
- Answering calls and emails efficiently, ensuring every interaction feels personal and valued

What You’ll Bring

Previous experience in front office, reception, or guest services ideally in dental, medical, hospitality, or luxury retail (2-3 years)
- A warm, friendly and welcoming personality
