As a Senior Social Worker (Specialist Outpatients), you'll play a vital role in supporting people to navigate complex health challenges and achieve better outcomes. Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Eligibility for professional membership as a qualified Social Worker and a current driver licence.
Significant experience delivering advanced social work services in complex clinical or healthcare environments.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
Experience leading or contributing to service improvement, clinical governance, mentoring or supervision activities.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate study relevant to social work and/or experience supporting people living with chronic disease, persistent pain or complex health conditions.
