This is an exciting time for us, as we have created a brand-new Digital & CX Support Specialist role within our Digital and Technology Department . This 9-month fixed term role will s upport the delivery of exceptional digital and customer experiences across Australian Cricket’s digital ecosystem by coordinating website operations, digital content publishing, customer feedback programs, and performance insights.
The role works closely with the Digital and Technology and cross-functional teams to ensure engaging, data-informed experiences that drive participation, fan engagement, and commercial outcomes across the Play, Attend and Follow customer journeys.
Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for :
Provid ing operational support and coordination for cricket.com.au, State & Territory and Big Bash websites, working closely with Product, Marketing, Content, Community Cricket and Commercial teams to deliver non-editorial content and campaigns.
Lead ing digital publishing and performance management, maintaining publishing calendars, monitoring performance metrics, identifying optimisation opportunities, and supporting audience growth and engagement across Play, Attend and Follow segments.
Execut ing match day and commercial digital operations, ensuring timely content delivery, campaign activation, sponsorship fulfilment, and a seamless digital experience across all web properties.
Design ing surveys in conjunction with CX team and business units to help uncover customer pain points, test hypotheses, and evaluate initiatives.
Coordinat ing with cross-functional teams (E.g. Data & Technology) to ensure timely and accurate survey distribution across key customer journeys (play, attend, follow).
Build ing and maintain ing dashboards and reports to help stakeholders extract actionable insights from survey data.
Essential skills, competencies and experience:
Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively across teams.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and consistently deliver against deadlines
Comfort working in a fast-paced environments with the occasional after-hours event support.
Strong problem solving and issue resolution capabilities
Desirable skills, competencies and experience :
Experience working within sporting, media, membership or consumer-focused digital environments
Experience in customer experience, research, marketing, or a related field
Experience with CMS platforms and website content management
Strong analytical skills with experience in survey tools, dashboards and Excel
