Join our Finance Team at Crystalbrook Collection in Cairns and play an important role supporting the efficient and day to day operation of our busy Group Finance function with a focus on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and general finance administration.
Working as part of an established and collaborative team, the role ensures financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently while providing responsive support across the broader business.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build practical finance experience, strengthen their technical capability and develop within a group finance environment.
Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and general hotel accounting
- Processing financial transactions accurately and within agreed timelines

Review, code and process supplier invoices, ensuring appropriate approvals and supporting documentation are in place

Reconciliation of all incoming payments through credit card and banking process
- Supporting the wider finance team with month end processing, reporting and general finance administration

Some previous experience in a similar transactional finance rile is preferred

A qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline would be advantageous

Strong numerical ability with excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Confident using technology, finance systems and digital platform with the ability to learn new systems quickly

Strong Microsoft Office skills

Demonstrable ability to work collaboratively in an environment promoting success

Availability across a full time, office-based position
