Launch and lead a brand new fitness club from the ground up.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a new site and build a high-performing club from day one. You will play a key role in pre-opening momentum, membership growth, and establishing a strong community presence.

You will be responsible for launching and growing the club, setting the standard for performance, culture, and member experience. This is a high-impact role suited to someone who wants to build, lead, and scale.

What You’ll Own
Drive pre-sale and opening membership targets
Build and lead a high-performing team from the ground up
Execute local area marketing and partnerships
Deliver strong sales conversion across all leads and enquiries
Create a community-driven, high-energy club culture
Manage operations, performance, and member experience
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a Club Manager or senior leadership role
Strong sales capability — you know how to generate, convert and close
Entrepreneurial mindset — you treat the business like your own
High energy, resilient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership and team development skills
