With continued investment and project growth across Australia, they are looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to lead some of their most significant projects.
In this role, you will take ownership of the full project lifecycle, managing schedules, budgets, forecasting, risk, stakeholder relationships, and project delivery. You will work closely with engineering, supply chain, contractors, consultants, and client teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
This role would suit a Senior Project Manager with a mechanical, electrical, construction, or engineering background who enjoys leading complex projects, influencing key stakeholders, and delivering critical infrastructure projects that have a lasting impact.
The Role
- Lead the delivery of major critical infrastructure projects valued at $20M+
- Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, claims, and risk mitigation
- Coordinate engineering teams, contractors, consultants, and client stakeholders
- Oversee commissioning, project delivery, and successful handover
- Mentor junior project personnel and support team development
The Person
- Senior Project Management experience delivering large-scale infrastructure projects
- Background in Data Centres, Mechanical Services, Industrial, Construction, Mining, or Telecommunications
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems such as HVAC, chillers, AHUs, CRAC or CRAH units
- Commercially astute with strong stakeholder management skills
- PMP, PRINCE2, PMI, or similar qualifications advantageous
