Cleaning Supervisor - Greater Melbourne and Geelong areas
We are currently searching for a skilled individual looking to expand their skills and knowledge in the cleaning services sector.
What you need to know:
- Family-owned Australian commercial cleaning company with more than 35 years of experience. Operations covering Greater Melbourne and Geelong.
- Role: Cleaning Supervisor.
- Position status: Part Time - 25 hours plus with view to possible full time position
- Ideal candidate would require the following:
- Has experience in the cleaning services sector.
- Enjoys working in a friendly team environment.
- Is organised, trustworthy, responsible, and self-motivated.
- Has strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Pays close attention to detail and leads by example.
- Can support and develop other team members while also being willing to perform hands-on work when needed.
Main responsibilities :
- Supervising cleaning operations at multiple sites.
- Using organisational and leadership skills to achieve strong outcomes.
- Assisting team members in reaching their goals and developing their skills.
- Maintaining high standards and resolving issues effectively.
