Your Day-to-Day
Working closely with the Project Manager and site leadership team, you'll play a key role in driving both safety and training performance across the operation. You'll deliver and maintain training programs, competency assessments and safety documentation while providing guidance and coaching to leaders on safety systems, compliance and best practice. You'll monitor, track and report on safety and training performance, lead incident investigations and corrective actions, conduct audits, inspections and assist with injury management. You'll also ensure all personnel are mobilised correctly, training records remain current and site compliance requirements are consistently met.
Keen To Join Us - Here's What You’ll Need
- Cert IV in Training & Assessment (or above)
- Cert IV in Health & Safety (or above)
- Australian Driver’s Licence
- QLD Coal Mining experience
- Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical (or willingness to obtain)
- Complete a National Police Clearance & Pre-Employment Medical
- Unrestricted Australian work rights (visa sponsorship not available)
- Site Based Training mobilisation experience (highly regarded)
- Mobile plant equipment training experience (highly regarded)
- CMS monitoring and reporting skills (highly regarded)
