We are seeking an enthusiastic Warehouse Support Associate to join our Condell Park team. This role supports day-to-day warehouse and dispatch operations, ensuring products are delivered accurately, safely, compliantly, and on time. You'll work closely with transport providers, Customer Fulfilment, and internal stakeholders while maintaining warehouse systems and documentation.
Safely operate forklifts across warehouse, yard, and dispatch operations
Process dispatch, POD, CHEP, and delivery documentation in SAP and Dynamics
Coordinate load schedules and communicate with transport providers and internal teams
Support stock movements, resolve inventory discrepancies, and manage system queries
Maintain compliance with safety standards, NHVR, NHVL, and Chain of Responsibility requirements
Completed Year 10 School Certificate or equivalent qualification
Current forklift licence and driver's licence
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office; SAP experience advantageous
High attention to detail with strong numerical, organisational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment
