HIRING: LAWN MOWING & GARDEN CREW MEMBER | BUDERIM
We’re looking for a fit, reliable and hardworking person to join our small Buderim crew.
Experience is definitely a plus, but attitude matters more.
What we’re looking for:

✅ Reliable, positive and easy to work with
✅ Takes initiative and learns quickly
✅ Takes pride in doing a job properly
✅ Reliable transport to and from Buderim
✅ Clean police check — Essential
➕ Lawn & gardening experience preferred
➕ Lawn mowing, edging, hedging & pruning experience highly regarded
➕ Manual licence & trailer experience a bonus
➕ Landscaping experience a bonus
The job:
- Pay: Award rate to $40/hr (based on experience)
- Days: Monday–Friday
- Employment: Casual to start → potential full-time
- Hours: Approx. 7am–2/3pm
- Lifestyle: No weekend work
- Gear: Work ute, trailer & commercial tools provided
- Base: Start and finish each day in Buderim
- The vibe: We work hard, have a laugh and do things properly.
The work varies from regular lawn mowing and garden maintenance to big property clean-ups, hedging, pruning, mulching and garden makeovers.
Depending on your experience, you’ll either work alongside our team or take the second Ute out and run routes independently.
