WHAT YOU WILL DO
As the ANZ Product Compliance Specialist, you’ll:
- Monitor, interpret, and communicate relevant product regulations, standards, and compliance requirements across Australia and New Zealand.
- Lead regulatory strategy for new and existing products to ensure timely approvals, registrations, certifications, and market access.
- Review product specifications, labels, claims, technical documentation, and packaging for compliance.
- Partner with product management, R&D, engineering, quality, and marketing teams to identify compliance risks early in product development.
- Maintain and update compliance documentation, regulatory files, and audit records.
- Coordinate product testing, certification, and third-party approvals as required.
- Manage regulatory submissions, renewals, and ongoing obligations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support internal and external audits, inspections, and corrective action plans.
- Track regulatory changes and assess business impact, recommending and implementing necessary actions.
- Train cross-functional teams on compliance requirements, product claims, and regulatory best practices.
- Serve as a key contact for regulatory authorities, certification bodies, and external consultants.
- Support incident investigations, product recalls, and remediation actions when needed.
- Develop and deliver ANZ-specific sales enablement tools (training, demos, compliant collateral).
- Support bids, tenders, and RFPs with product and technical information.

To be successful in this role, who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Engineering or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in product compliance, regulatory affairs, quality, or a related function.
- Strong knowledge of applicable local, national, and international regulations and standards (ANZeX, NMI, MBIE, etc).
- Experience preparing and managing regulatory documentation, submissions, and audits.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in an evolving environment.

Pay: From $115,000.00 per year
