About the Role
We are looking for friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front of House Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will provide outstanding customer service, assist with food and beverage service, and prepare basic cocktails. A valid RSA certification is required, and applicants who speak Spanish are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with RSA requirements.
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of cocktail preparation and presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Process payments and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas.
- Follow all workplace health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Essential Requirements
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
- Basic knowledge and experience in making standard cocktails.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-presented, reliable, and punctual.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Desirable Skills
- Previous hospitality, bar, or front of house experience.
- Knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and cocktail ingredients.
- Experience using POS systems and cash handling.
- Food safety knowledge or relevant certifications.
