About the Role
The Administration Support Officer acts as a first point of contact for many customer enquiries relating to Parks services. The role is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service by responding to requests and enquiries through the City's CRM system, email and telephone, while providing efficient administrative support to operational teams.
Working closely with a range of stakeholders across the Depot teams, you will assist with service requests, maintain records and databases, prepare correspondence and reports, support procurement activities and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Depot and Administration Hub.
What we’re Looking For
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service and responding to public enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
- Previous experience in an administrative support role
- Excellent computer literacy, data entry and keyboard skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience working with CRM systems and administrative processes
- Knowledge of purchasing and procurement processes (desirable)
