The role will be varied and fast paced, and the successful applicant will be required to work varied hours including weekends and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver fast, friendly, and professional customer service
Operate and troubleshoot gaming machines, Keno & TAB
Accurately handle cash and EFTPOS transactions
Ensure the venue is clean, safe, and welcoming
Comply with all RSA and RCG legislative requirements
The ideal candidates will have:
A bright, positive attitude and team spirit
Previous experience in gaming operations
Bar experience
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Strong personal presentation and reliability
Current RSA and RCG certificates
