* Previous experience in hospitality, café work, or customer service is highly valued
* Strong communication skills and a genuine love for customer service

* Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable, punctual, and well-presented at all times
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
* Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
