We’re looking for a Recruitment Specialist who knows how to spot great talent, build strong relationships, and make hiring feel seamless—for everyone involved.
Reporting to our Head of People, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across a diverse, fast-moving business spanning fuel wholesale and retail operations.

About the role
You’ll play a key part in shaping how we attract and hire talent across the business—from frontline retail teams through to technical, operational, and corporate roles.
It’s a hands-on role with real influence. You’ll partner closely with leaders, contribute to workforce planning, and bring our people strategy to life through high-quality hiring.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of roles
- Partnering with leaders to understand hiring needs and provide expert advice
- Building strong talent pipelines and sourcing great candidates proactively
- Managing campaigns, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Delivering a smooth, professional, and genuinely positive candidate experience
- Using data and insights to improve hiring outcomes
- Supporting employer branding and attraction initiatives
- Keeping things compliant, efficient, and well-organised
- Working with external partners when needed (and knowing when not to)
What you’ll bring
- Solid experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (ideally 5+ years)
- The ability to recruit across both high-volume and specialist roles
- Strong stakeholder management skills—you know how to build trust quickly
- A practical, solutions-focused approach and a calm head under pressure
- A good understanding of the Australian employment landscape
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment reporting
