Top Realtors is growing fast, and we’re looking for an experienced Property Manager / BDM to help us expand our rental portfolio.
This role requires prior Property Management experience.

Your Role:
- Manage rental properties and tenant relationships.
- Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and compliance.
- Handle leases, renewals, and documentation.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day property operations.
- Generate new business and onboard rental properties.
- Build strong relationships with landlords.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in Property Management (essential).
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- BDM mindset – confident in generating new business.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Self-driven and able to work independently.
- Driver’s licence and own vehicle required.
