We're looking for an experienced veterinarian to lead our Mt Gravatt clinic. Someone who enjoys practising high-quality medicine but also wants to help shape the culture, support the team and leave the clinic stronger than they found it.

As part of the MustCare Vet Centres group, you'll have the support of experienced veterinarians across multiple clinics, opportunities to discuss complex cases, and a leadership team committed to continual learning and improvement.
The Opportunity
This is a genuine leadership role with plenty of clinical variety.
You'll spend your days consulting, performing surgery and working alongside a capable, supportive team while helping set the clinical direction of the practice. You'll mentor younger veterinarians, encourage professional growth and work closely with our nurses and leadership team to create an environment where people enjoy coming to work and feel confident asking questions.
We're not looking for someone who has all the answers. We're looking for someone who enjoys helping others find them.
About You
You're an experienced veterinarian with solid clinical skills and good judgement. You communicate well with clients, enjoy collaborating with colleagues and understand that leadership isn't about having the loudest voice in the room.
You genuinely enjoy seeing others succeed, whether that's helping a graduate gain confidence, supporting a nurse to develop new skills or working with clients to make informed decisions for their pets.
Previous leadership experience would be fantastic, but it's not essential. If you've reached the stage where you're ready to step into a leadership role, we'd love to hear from you.
