Are you an Air-Conditioning Technician with extensive breakdown and maintenance experience? Do you have the desire to grow and work with a well-established team. Reporting to our Branch Manager, this role will involve completing a variety of breakdown and maintenance works at residential and commercial premises.

Remuneration will be negotiated based on experience and will include salary, profit share, vehicle and phone.
Our service area takes us from the top of the Gold Coast to the bottom of the Sunshine Coast - with the majority of our work being in Brisbane.
Key Duties/Responsibilities
- Breakdown attendance and repairs for DX split, package, VRF, refrigeration, smaller chillers and mechanical extraction equipment
- Preventative maintenance across government, commercial and domestic sites
- Mentor and develop junior staff
Key Selection Criteria
- 10+ years experience in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration particularly in breakdown diagnosis and repairs
- Cert III in Air-Conditioning
- ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Restricted electrical licence
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to use electronic job management system
- Ability to build effective relationships
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Ability to work to timelines and manage multiple & competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail
- Current and valid motor vehicle licence
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
