About the Role:
You’ll join us as a Patient Coordinator, becoming the warm, welcoming face of our Balwyn clinic. From day one, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting the patient journey from enquiry through to treatment.
This is a customer service and sales-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, guiding decisions, and delivering results.
What You’ll Be Doing

Welcome patients with professionalism and warmth
- Manage appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs
- Handle phone and online enquiries with confidence and care
- Support patients through their treatment journey from initial enquiry to conversion
- Guide patients through financial processes, payment plans, and treatment costs with clarity.
- Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks efficiently
- Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
