Assistant Venue Leader – Yo-Chi Bondi Beach
We’re looking for an Assistant Venue Leader to join Yo-Chi Bondi Beach! someone who loves people, thrives in fast paced environments, and knows how to turn a good shift into a great one.
Yo-Chi is one of Australia’s coolest young brands, combining delicious frozen yogurt with an infinite flow of good energy. Since opening our first venue in Balaclava in 2012, we’ve grown to 70+ locations nationwide and we’re just getting started. We’re a proudly family owned Australian business, and our chi runs through everything we do.

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading shifts and setting the tone for a high energy, customer first environment
- Supporting the Venue Leader with daily operations including rostering, stock, cash handling and compliance
- Coaching your team in real time so they grow, improve and deliver standout service
- Keeping the venue running smoothly, safely and looking its best
- Making sure every cup of Yo-Chi is consistent, high quality and worth coming back for
- Helping drive performance across sales, costs and overall venue standards
What we’re looking for:
- Previous leadership experience in hospitality or retail
- Someone who naturally lifts the energy of a team rather than just manages it
- Comfort working a rotating roster across 7 days
- A calm, capable leader who can handle busy service without losing the vibe
- Genuine care for people, service and creating great experiences
