Sonoma Rose Bay looking for a skilled barista all rounder to join the Sonoma Coffee Team in Rose Bay.

The YOU:
- Minimum 2 year experience as a Barista
- Flexible availability in weekends and public holidays
- Hard working & enthusiastic attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly demeanor always even under pressure
- Great memory (remembering the names and orders of our regulars is imperative!)
- Excellent standards of personal presentation smart appearance and articulate.
- Need to be willing to learn, take instruction and work under own initiative, supporting other team members and able to multitask.
About the role:
- Casual position (award rates + weekend/public holiday loading)
- Weekend availability is essential
- Shifts are typically 6–8 hours
- Early starts, with no late finishes (we’re done by 4pm!)
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering warm, genuine customer service
- Taking orders & handling POS
- Running food and supporting the floor
- Making coffee (if experienced — not essential!)
- Helping keep the café flowing during busy periods

- Team player who’s happy to jump in wherever needed
- Previous hospitality experience is a bonus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person
