MAZA is a new upcoming contemporary Asian Cafe bringin together western brunch culture with bold and exciting asian flavours.
MAZA will focus on food that feels familiar but refreshed/re-modernised, we're looking for cooks and chefs who are curious, reliable, and genuinely passionate in food - people who want to be part of something new and exciting.
About the Role
You'll be working alongside our experienced kitchen team preparing a variety of Asian-inspired dishes, from our signature dishes like Bubur ayam(chicken congee), Perkedel Rosti with babi merah(Red pork), and Rendang Quesadilla . We're after someone who can stay calm under pressure, delivery consistency, and bring care and attention to every plate.
What We're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of commercial kitchen experience
- Must be available for Weekend Shift
- Experience or genuine interest in Asian cuisine
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently when needed
- Strong sense of teamwork and kitchen hygiene standards
