We are seeking a Senior Information Management Officer to join our Information Management Services team within Business Information Systems.
Demonstrated experience in an information management environment, with sound knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, and Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS).
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate, confidential records.
Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
Good analytical, problem‑solving, and organisational abilities to manage competing priorities.
The capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive, flexible, customer‑focused approach, along with personal integrity and professionalism.

Manage complex information management matters.
Maintain, access, and safeguard information resources.
Provide training and guidance to staff.
Contribute to the development of information management tools.
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of our information systems.
Create, process, and maintain physical and electronic files in accordance with Branch Policies and the Department’s Retention and Disposal Schedule.
Assists the Coordinator Recordkeeping and Operations with appraisal and sentencing of records in accordance with procedures and retention and disposal authorities.
