In the role of Agribusiness Manager 2, you will join the Regional & Agribusiness Team in Gympie that’s doubling down on customer obsession and owning it.
You’ll make an impact each day by:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of agribusiness customers.
- Assess economic value and risk potential of new business.
- Educate customers about their business options and providing sound advice about risk and opportunities for growth.
- Proactively call on networks of contacts to help identify new business and referral opportunities.
- Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition in my local market.
You’ll bring to this role:
- A passion for relationship management and delivering exceptional customer service.
- A background in banking, finance or agribusiness, with a strong understanding of agricultural sector.
- Growth mindset and enthusiasm to learn, develop and succeed in business development-focused environment.
- Proactive problem solver who makes decisions and thrives in a dynamic environment.
