Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and direct incoming phone enquiries
- Maintain and update customer information databases
- Coordinate communication with customers, suppliers and couriers
- Manage stationery orders and office supplies
- Ensure reception, customer lounge and shared areas remain presentable
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Provide administrative support to management and dealership teams
- Assist with general duties to maintain exceptional dealership standards
Skills and Experiences:
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Availability to work every Saturday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
- Flexibility to assist with additional weekday reception relief when required
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience in a professional environment
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A polished and professional presentation
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive approach and ability to work across multiple departments
- Barista experience advantageous but not essential; training provided
