NDIS Support Worker
Experienced Support Workers Required
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Support Workers to join our team. This is a great opportunity for those passionate about person‑centred care and looking to grow their skills in a supportive environment.
About the Role:
Support participants in SIL homes and the community to live independently and build confidence.
You’ll assist with:
- Daily living & personal care
- Community access & transport
- Household tasks & meal preparation
- Digital shift notes & incident reporting
You’ll be supporting individuals with complex needs — so resilience, empathy and professionalism are essential.
Availability is required across:
- Day shifts
- Weekends
- Overnight shifts
- Public holidays
What We’re Looking For:
- Support workers with experience in disability, SIL or personal care (required)
- Reliability and commitment to rostered shifts
- Strong values around quality care, dignity, and independence

Mandatory Requirements
Before commencing, you must hold (or be willing to obtain at your own expense):
- QLD Working with Children Card (No Card/No Start)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (No Card/No Start)
- First Aid & CPR
- Valid Driver’s Licence & Comprehensive Car Insurance
- NDIS Worker Orientation & Safe and Enjoyable Meals Modules
- Working rights in Australia
