The Head of Finance plays a critical role in ensuring the organisation remains sustainable, accountable and well-positioned to continue supporting communities across regional NSW and Victoria.

Award: Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010, Level 8
Salary: $135,336.24-$140,671.44 per annum + superannuation and access to salary packaging benefits.
As the Head of Finance, you will:

Lead Intereach's finance function, ensuring strong financial stewardship, governance, sustainability and organisational decision-making.
- Provide strategic financial advice and recommendations to the Executive and Senior Leadership Teams.
- Oversee organisation-wide budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial planning processes.
- Support strategic funding decisions through financial modelling, scenario analysis and business case development.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation obligations and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Drive improvements to financial systems, controls and reporting capabilities.
- Provide oversight of fleet, facilities and organisational asset management functions.
- Contribute as a key member of the Strategic Leadership Team, helping guide Intereach's future direction.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, with current CPA or CA membership (or equivalent).
- Substantial experience in a senior finance leadership role within a complex organisation.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial management, governance, compliance and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards and statutory reporting obligations.
- Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and performance reporting.
- Advanced financial modelling, business case development and commercial analysis capabilities.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams while partnering effectively with senior leaders.
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.
