About the role:
Operating within the Accommodation Team Sydney , the Student Accommodation Officer provides comprehensive support at the university's student accommodation residence located in Camperdown near ACU North Sydney campus. The position will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient, safe and customer friendly management of the property whilst contributing to ACU's Living & Learning Community. The Student Accommodation Officer is responsible for supporting the administrative and operational activities of the accommodation in alignment with the university's Mission and the Living & Learning Community strategy. Acting as the first point of contact for residents, guests, landlords and external suppliers this role will be involved in managing the residential support programs, processing contracts and invoices, and supporting day to day administration whilst working to ensure students feel at home in the residence. This position will also assist with promotion of our accommodation services to potential students on campus and at school expos.
Occasional travel between campuses will also be required from time to time to support the growth of the national residential strategy.

- Total remuneration valued to $112,625 - $120,977 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $95,170 - $102,227 (pro rata) pa (HEW 6), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
- 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
- Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
