Full time - Hall Staff [Restaurant Industry Award 2020 ma000119]
[Working Hours:]
- Maximum 45 hours per week
(Must be able to work 5 days and 38 hours per week including weekend / operating hours: 8:00am–9:00pm)
[Hourly Rate]
- This rate applies to adults over 20 years old, before tax
- Weekdays: $25.74/hour (Based on intro level / Hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience)
- Saturday x1.25, Sunday x1.5
- Public Holidays x 2.25
- + annual leave + sick leave + 12% superannuation
- Overtime Pay x1.5-x2.25
Note: Hourly rate is negotiable depending on working experience and performance
3. Main Duties:
- Customer service and table management
- Managing customer waiting lists and reservations
- Overseeing store opening and closing procedures
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area
- Monitoring staff attendance and punctuality
Note: Suitable training will be provided
4. Requirements:
- RSA required
- Hospitality experience preferred but not essential
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Must have a valid TFN
- Suitable visa to work as full time employee (*Must hold a visa that allows full-time work)
