Job Description
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a true generalist HR role where no two days are the same. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of end-to-end HR services while being a trusted point of contact for employees and leaders.
You’ll contribute to creating a positive, compliant and high-performing workplace culture, while developing your experience across a broad range of HR activities.
This role is open to applications from candidates based in Melbourne or Brisbane.
What you’ll be doing

Supporting HR Business Partners and HR Advisors with day-to-day HR activities

Preparing employment contracts, letters and HR documentation
-
Supporting visa and immigration processes where required
-
Assisting with employee relations matters, including investigations and grievance handling

Managing HR systems, employee records and ensuring data accuracy and compliance

Supporting performance review processes and training coordination

Assisting with HR reporting and analytics to support decision-making

Contributing to HR projects, policy updates and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
What we’re looking for
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
-
2–3 years’ experience in an HR or administrative role

Working knowledge of Australian employment legislation
-
Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail

Confidence working with HR systems and Microsoft Office
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
The ability to build strong relationships and manage competing priorities

A high level of discretion and confidentiality
