Cameron Wellness Centre is a Supply Nation and NDIS registered provider delivering high-quality, culturally safe Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology services across Victoria, Darwin, and remote Northern Territory communities. As we continue to grow, including our expansion into Aged Care from 2026, we’re seeking a passionate and values-driven Team Leader to help shape the future of allied health service delivery in the NT.
A Leadership Role With Real Impact:
Lead, mentor, and empower OTs, SPs, and AHAs
Drive culture, team performance, and service quality across Darwin and remote NT
Strong day-to-day support from our on-site Regional Manager
Influence service models and contribute to organisational strategy

About the Role:
As Team Leader, you will:
Provide operational, clinical, and leadership oversight to a growing allied health team
Support clinicians to deliver high-quality, culturally responsive care
Build collaborative relationships with community partners and stakeholders
Contribute to strategic planning and service innovation
Uphold clinical governance and NDIS Practice Standards
Foster a positive team culture built on trust, accountability, and continuous improvement
You’ll be supported daily by our on-site Regional Manager to ensure you’re set up for success.
About You:
We’re looking for a leader who:
Is a qualified Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist (AHPRA or SPA)
Brings leadership or management experience in allied health, disability, or community services
Is committed to cultural safety and First Nations health equity
Thrives in a dynamic environment with both clinical and operational responsibilities
