Montefiore’s ICT team is growing and as such is recruiting to the position of ICT Business and Security Analyst.
Reporting to the ICT Program Manager, your remit will involve safeguarding against cyber security risks whilst ensuring technology solutions align with our business objectives. You will partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver cyber security awareness initiatives, translate business requirements into practical solutions, assess and manage security risks, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide clear reporting and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
About You:

Degree qualified in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Business Analysis, or a related discipline.

Minimum 5 years' experience in Business Analysis, Cyber Security, ICT Governance, or a similar role.

Strong understanding of cyber security frameworks, risk management, cloud technologies, ICT infrastructure, and business continuity.

Experience with NIST, Essential Eight, ISO 27001, SOC2, IAM, compliance requirements, and the Australian Privacy Act.

Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and documentation skills.

Ability to gather requirements, develop specifications, manage UAT, and drive outcomes across complex projects.
Desirable:
-
Experience in aged care or healthcare environments.

Experience with Salesforce will be highly regarded.

Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CBAP, ITIL, ISO 27001, or Azure certifications.

Exposure to Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, Microsoft 365, cyber uplift programs, or audit remediation initiatives.

Exposure to Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI-driven productivity tools, and workflow automation technologies that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
