Ignite Therapeutic Solutions is a premier provider of mobility and assistive technology equipment in Wangara, Perth. We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician with a mechanical background to enhance our NDIS-accredited operations.
Position Details:
- Location: Wangara, Perth
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM)
As a Service Technician, you will utilize your mechanical skills and interpersonal abilities to:
- Diagnose, service, and repair mobility and rehabilitation equipment.
- Collaborate with clients, fellow technicians, and administrative staff to prioritise service tasks.
- Provide compassionate and professional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, service, and maintain mobility and rehabilitation equipment according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Install and deliver equipment in a timely manner.
- Keep precise records of services and maintenance performed on client equipment.
- Educate clients on the proper use of their mobility and assistive devices.
- Ensure equipment is cleaned and stored properly after each return to the workshop.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure outstanding customer service.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing company uniforms and necessary PPE.
- Maintain your company vehicle, ensuring it is well-stocked with parts and supplies.
- Comply with all relevant Work Health & Safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience or familiarity with mechanical and/or electronic systems.
- Forklift license is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office; on-the-job training will be provided for our customized systems.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized and motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A friendly demeanor with a genuine desire to assist clients.
- Ability to follow established procedures and instructions.
- Valid Western Australian Driver’s license with a clean driving history.
- Willingness to undergo National Police Check, Working With Children Check, and NDIS Worker Check.
