Why this is an exciting opportunity
HUB24 is regularly hiring Platform Administrators to join our growing team in Sydney CBD. If you're looking to grow your career in financial services and thrive in a collaborative, client-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Platform Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring effective platform operations and delivering quality service that drives customer retention and referrals. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders including financial advisers, dealer groups, and service providers.
What you’ll be doing
- Process a wide range of client transactions, including contributions, withdrawals, transfers, pension payments, and account closures
- Maintain and update platform records, including superannuation and IDPS accounts
- Support fee processing, savings plans, and adviser changes
- Act as a key point of contact for client and adviser enquiries, delivering timely and accurate responses
- Produce client and adviser communications and reporting
- Liaise with internal teams and external service providers to resolve queries and ensure service delivery
- Manage client relationships and provide a consistently high level of service
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and risk controls
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and file notes

What you bring

Experience & Skills
- Experience in financial services or a similar platform/operations role
- Understanding of financial products, platforms, and the financial planning industry
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and time management capabilities
- Team-focused with the ability to work collaboratively
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
