Demolition labourer wanted!
We are seeking reliable labourers interested in hands on work. If you enjoy manual labour and using power tools, this job will be the right fit for you. We have multiple opportunities to advance your skills and build a career in the construction industry, whilst earning above award wages. If you are looking at a career change into the construction industry, we also want to hear from you. We have many positions available including casual, part time and full-time work. PPE gear is provided as well as training and supervision.
What you need to apply:
- Full Australian Working rights.
- Australian drivers’ licence
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (work is labour intensive)
- Assist experienced crews on sight
- Use of power tools
- Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labour tasks (e.g. digging, drilling, sledgehammer, clean ups)
- Commitment to safety policies and procedures
- Reliability
- Work as part of a team
- Ability to regularly communicate with manager/supervisor
Preferred but not essential:
- NSW White card
- Construction experience
. Additional licences and tickets
- ( highly preferred but not essential)
- Class A or Class B asbestos removal licence.
- Supervisor experience
