About the Role
Always Hear is an independent, community-focused audiology practice. We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and fast-learning Client Care Coordinator to join our Ferntree Gully team.
This isn't just a desk job—it’s an active, engaging role where you will be the face of our clinic out in the community. You will travel to various local community hubs, retirement villages, and events, working alongside an assigned Audiologist to provide vital hearing support and connect with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Community Engagement & Lead Generation: Actively approach, engage, and connect with people in the community to build awareness and generate high-quality leads.
- Clinical Support: Travel to different local community sites to assist your assigned Audiologist with event setup, coordination, and client support.
- Client Care Excellence: Provide a welcoming, professional, and empathetic first point of contact for community members.
- Fast-Paced Coordination: Quickly learn our systems, booking processes, and clinic standards to keep community days running smoothly.

- Reliable & Mobile: A valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle are essential, as you will be traveling to various community locations.
