We are seeking a passionate and energetic Barista/Cafe All-Rounder to be part of our amazing team at Piccolo Me - Henry Street Penrith. Our All Rounders create genuine moments of connection with our customers and make a difference in their day.
OUR BARISTA/CAFÉ ALL ROUNDERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Delivering exceptional customer service
Providing and serving high quality beverages and food products
Maintaining a clean and comfortable work environment
Speaking and interacting with both new and regular customers
Adhering to recipes and presentation standards for food and beverage items
Handling cash and POS system
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Right attitude – high energy levels, hardworking, reliable, honest, passionate, always welcoming and smiling to customers
The right candidate will MUST have strong coffee experience.
Impeccable customer service, and the ability to switch roles within our small team.
Well presented, communication skills and time management skills
Must have Barista qualifications and skills
AVAILABILITY
The successful candidate must be available to work the following times:
Monday to Friday, Morning shifts, 20 to 30 hours a week.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Pay: $22.00 – $30.00 per hour
