About the Role
We are a growing migration consultancy based in Springwood seeking a dedicated Registered Migration Agent (RMA) to join our team in-office. Whether you are a newly registered agent looking to kickstart your career or an experienced professional seeking a supportive environment with strong earning potential, we want to hear from you. Freshers with a valid OMARA registration are encouraged to apply!
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and lodge complex visa applications, skills assessments, and tribunal appeals.
- Liaise with the Department of Home Affairs, skill assessing authorities, and clients.
- Maintain updated case records in our CRM and ensure strict compliance with OMARA Code of Conduct standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Must hold a current Registration with OMARA (RMA License) – Mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Australian migration law and visa subclasses.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fresh graduates / Newly registered agents are welcome to apply (full guidance and onboarding provided).
- 100% In-Office Role: Work location is in-person at our Springwood office (no work-from-home/remote options available).
